What is Pods?
Welcome to Pods, WCT's unique mentoring circles program that draws on the organization's 30+ years of experience supporting women's advancement.
As a mentee, you'll be matched into a Pod consisting of a mentor and approximately four other mentees. In each weekly session, the entire cohort will receive insights about a specific topic, then you'll share and discuss it with your Pod in private. Each topic is designed to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, your goals, and future plans; therefore, your attendance and participation is crucial for your own success in this program.
Why the word Pods?
Orcas live in close-knit groups, known as pods, with a female whale at the helm. Just like the female orca does her pod, your mentor will help you and your Pod navigate unchartered waters!

Being in a Pod means that for six weeks, you will get a chance to connect with your mentor and fellow mentees in a safe, intimate environment and form deep connections.
