About Pods

What is the Pods program?

Pods is WCT's unique online mentoring circles program that draws on the organization's 30+ years of experience in supporting women's professional advancement. 

In this program, each mentor is matched with a "Pod" of approximately five mentees. Together, each group will navigate a six-session journey where they'll get access to curated resources, an intimate and safe environment, and thoughtful prompts that will guide productive and impactful discussions.

Why "Pods?"

Orcas live in close-knit groups known as pods, each with a female whale at the helm. 

Just like the female orca does her pod, Pods mentors will help their group of mentees navigate unchartered waters!
